Information for Young Men Considering Sinfonia...
|
Every fall and spring semester, several dozen men express their interests in becoming a member of EN. Any young man with a love for music is invited to attend one of EN's "Smokers." One is held at the beginning of each semester. The Fall Smoker is usually held within the first two weeks of classes (beginning of September), with the Spring Smoker following in early January.
Besides a love of music, there are several requirements for any potential members. EN requires all young men applying to have at least a 2.5 MUSIC GPA, and a 2.25 OVERALL GPA. They must also have been in classes at JSU for at least one semester. Only the most qualified applicants are extended a bid to Phi Mu Alpha.
For more detailed information about becoming a member of the Epsilon Nu chapter of Phi Mu Alpha, contact
Wayne Windsor, our Fraternal Education Officer.
